What Is Greenlinks Community Transport?
Greenlinks Community Transport is a community-run transport service operated in the Vale of Glamorgan.
It’s designed to help people who have difficulty using conventional public transport — such as older people, those with mobility issues, or people living in more rural areas.
On-Demand and Scheduled Transport
Passengers can book transport in advance (by 12:00pm one working day before travel) for door-to-door journeys.
There is a weekly “on-demand” bus route, for example Service G1, which runs between St Athan, Cowbridge, and Bridgend (plus surrounding villages).
This service is flexible, and pick-up times are confirmed a working day before, with some leeway (±10 minutes). Membership & Fares
Greenlinks Membership
By paying a £7 membership fee, you can use the Greenlinks Community Transport service to request transport for as little as £2.5 for each journey.
For non-members, there are still on-demand services (e.g. G1) that you can use.
